THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR TRAVEL GRANTS IS MAY 31

ECRO actively supports young researchers and provides travel grants to attend the annual ECRO meeting and other scientific events in the field of Olfaction and Taste.

Please, note that incomplete or late applications will not be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be requested through the Secretary's email no later than August 15, 2025. A refund of the amount paid less 25% to cover administrative expenses and any related transaction fees will be issued.

No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is made after August 15, 2025

VERY IMPORTANT

The final value of the fee to be applied will be computed based on the date it is deposited in the bank, not on the date the registration is made. All registrations that remain unpaid on the date of the fee change will be replaced by the fees corresponding to the next tier. Previously issued proforma invoices will lose their validity and will be modified accordingly.
