Due to the high volume of communications, we kindly ask that you rename your file with the number: ID TALK (NUMBER xxxx)before submission

• The conference language is English and all abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Abstracts must be submitted online by the web . Do not fax, mail or email your abstract as it will not be considered.
• Abstracts can be a maximum of 2000 characters including spaces. This number does not include title, author names, and affiliations.
• The title has a limit of 20 words. Title style is sentence-case meaning the title is written as if it is a sentence. Only the first word has a capital letter.
• An individual may appear as first author on only one abstract and may present only one oral presentation.
• The presenting author is required to be present at the conference.
• Author names should not be capitalized throughout. Only capitalize the first letter.
• It is the responsibility of the presenting author and submitting author to ensure that all authors have given their consent to be listed on the submitted version of the abstract.
• Information is published as submitted, so please carefully check your spelling.
• The text of the abstract should contain: objectives of the study, experimental methods used, essential results (incl. data and statistics, animal/human), conclusions, identification of sources of funding.
• Indicate preferred mode of presentation (oral, poster). Please be reminded that there is only limited space for oral presentations. In the event that an abstract is not chosen for oral presentation, it will automatically default to poster presentation. Abstracts noted with a preference for poster presentation will not be considered for oral presentation.
• Choose 1 term from the Topic list. If you cannot find a term that applies to the abstract, choose the closest one from the list. The Topic primarily serves to help the Program Committee sort relevant abstract in an attempt to compose coherent sessions.
• Please be sure to complete all requested fields of information. Be sure to check that your email address is correct. All confirmations and schedule notifications will be sent to the submitting author automatically by email.
• No revisions can be made after the abstract submission deadline.
• To facilitate scientific communication, abstracts reporting studies with unidentified drugs, chemical compounds, or materials will not be accepted. All drugs, chemical compounds, and materials should be identified both in the abstract and during the meeting.
• ·Submission of an abstract signifies that the research complies with animal welfare and human subject regulations! 
• The Program Committee will evaluate each abstract for scientific merit and compliance with the guidelines. 
• Submission of an abstract signifies permission to publish the abstract in Chemical Senses and to post it on the ECRO conference sites.
• The Program Committee with the Program Chair(s) will be enforcing the Abstract Submission Guidelines and Rules. Abstracts that are deemed non-compliant or lacking in scientific merit will be rejected.
